1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and, once a project begins, your engagement with PI-TECH Digital Solutions ("PI-TECH", "we", "us") for web development, branding, and related digital services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form or otherwise reaching out to us does not create a binding contract. A project begins only once we've agreed on scope, pricing, and timeline in writing (email is sufficient) with both parties.

3. Project delivery

  • Project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing before work begins.
  • Timelines depend on the client providing requested content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Significant changes to an agreed scope may affect price and timeline; we'll always discuss this with you first.

4. Payment

Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone payments, or full payment on delivery) are set out per project. Work product, including source files and hosting access, is transferred to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered website, application, or design assets transfers to the client. PI-TECH retains the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment gateways). PI-TECH is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by those third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in the design, development, and testing of every project. However, PI-TECH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a delivered website or application, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
